Elder Irene Major is the founder and visionary behind Created for Greatness Ministries. With a passion to motivate women to become the greatest version of themselves, Elder Major created the “I Am They” conference  to promote the strength that is achieved through the true bond of unity. She has also through her ministry helped others who have suffered lost through tragedy. She is created for greatness and inspires others to do the same.
